Watch out! It's a live site!

Well, I finally got my act together and got this site up onto my web server. It's been living on my laptop, sadly neglected for the past few months. The idea to do a fan site struck me as soon as I read On the Edge the first time. Now it's time to see where it leads!

Funnily enough, as I was building the site, I e-mailed Andrew Peterson and found out that he was actually working on an official site as well. How's that for timing? Turns out it was just recently launched! Check it out at http://www.wingfeathersaga.com. Cool

Andrew's site is pretty sweet and may change the way I conceive of the wiki here working. He's developing an awesome illustrated Creaturepedia and Wingfeather Encyclopedia with short entries on all the things I imagine would go in a wiki! Check them out and feel free to brainstorm with me where a fan site like this would come in.

My preliminary thoughts are I'd still like to have a place to keep lists of fun things in the stories, identify and track the development of the books' themes, and discuss plot elements in the form of mysteries solved and unsolved. It would also be fun to provide a little more information and context for some of the people, places, and things found in the world of Aerwiar. So... I guess we'll see what happens!
